Alice Voglino at ‘Il mormorio del mare’

Alice Voglino among the artists selected for the exhibition ‘the Murmur of the Sea’ promoted by Independent Artists and Fondazione Dario Mellone, which opens Sunday, May 25 at Villa Brentano, Busto Garolfo (MI – Italy) in collaboration with Fai Delegazione Del Seprio and Fai Delegazione Ovest.

Dedicated to the life of engineer Eugenio Villoresi, known for his fundamental contribution in the realization of the Canal of the same name and recalled by the new book “Il Mormorio del Mare” written by Valerio Villoresi, the exhibition aims to be a tribute to the figure of the Engineer who, with his tenacity, was able to counter adversity and accomplish at the beginning of the last century in Lombardy a project with particularly positive implications for the community and its economic development.

Alice Voglino’s works on display are part of her recent research Fragility that refer to man’s ability to change himself and consequently the environment around him.
